It’s not a race, it’s a RALLY! The 35th Annual 8+8 Kicks off around 11:00 am with the Parade of Boats, followed by the first starting signal for the rally at noon, and we will finish off the day with a potluck dinner at the home of Betty Clark at around 5 PM.
